Have at least 50 videos and I mightaccept requests.
Definitely won't accept if the majority of your videos are only around 5 minutes long, even if you have 500 uploads.
Also I won't share videos with anyone who got a majority of only public videos.
There might be other factors I dislike about a collection - it's everyone's choice who to accept and who not. I don't owe anyone anything.
